Design: Design of vacuum soldering joints for demanding customer projects in industry and research. Process optimization: Continuous further development of our processes in the field of joining technology, focusing on vacuum soldering. Project management: Own-sponsored management of development projects with a high proportion of vacuum joining processes.

Expertise: Multiannual well-founded experience in vacuum soldering, ideally based on a successfully completed engineering study. Knowledge: Very good knowledge of materials technology and the heat treatment of metals. Soft Skills: High problem-solving competence and a structured, independent way of working.
