First contact person: In this role you are in direct exchange with private land owners and authorities. Your goal is to successfully complete all property-relevant matters within the framework of our construction projects in the field of open-air construction. Communication expert: You shall determine public and private owners and make sure that all necessary permissions and permits (including a rescue permit) are obtained. You manage transparent and effective communication Area management: You will discuss possible impacts on areas that may occur during the construction process, including coordination and settlement of damage regulations. Planning and preparation of the construction projects: Your support activities of the project management in the planning of road construction and land use concepts are characterised by efficiency and environmental compatibility (e.g. access and access routes for construction vehicles and workers) Process quality in the course of the project: To ensure that everything goes according to plan, you control the coordination of the approval processes and ensure that requirements are complied with during the construction processes

Complete training in agriculture, agriculture or forestry, horticultural and landscape construction, surveying, geography, law or commercial Experience in Land Treasury / Area Management The energy industry is thrilling you!
