Operational coordinator in the warehouse control center

From the Alnatura Logistics Center in Lorsch, the largest high-bay warehouse in Germany, our nearly 90 logistics employees control all flows of goods at Alnatura. Together with our partners, they ensure that around 3,500 pallets are moved daily and about 6,500 different organic products reach our customers in the Alnatura markets and our trading partners at the right time in the right quantity and quality. Become part of our Alnatura Working Group in our Logistics area in full time (40 hours/week)

Support the team in coordinating the logistics service providers used and become the contact person for operational management Responsible for the daily monitoring of the operational execution of customer orders and the processing of complaints Become our center between the departments and our logistics service providers and thus contribute to the implementation of the requirements of our in- and external customers Work with the monitoring of the performance of our logistics service providers and contribute to the development of the service providers and the quality management of the logistics The active participation of logistical projects is part of your task

You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a merchant/wife for forwarding and logistics services or the like or an economic studies (with the focus on logistics) they have several years of professional experience in the field of operational logistical processing; ideally also in the operational environment of food trade Organizational talent, communication strength and a high customer orientation are your strengths Analytical skills with a deep understanding of logistical relationships as well as process-oriented thinking and a very structured working style They work with above-average commitment and high implementation orientation both independently and well and gladly in the team You have very good knowledge in the Office programs Word and Excel, good knowledge of warehouse management systems and at best experience in the environment of SAP
