Location: Wiesbaden · Part-time possible (min. 80 %)

They lead a team of 9 experienced portfolio analysts (m/w/d) with business and economic training at fund companies, large banks and audit firms. They analyse the development of the investments of all R+V Group companies (performance measurement of external and internal portfolio managers) and report regularly to the Investment Committee, the Frontoffice areas and the Financial Board. They assess the market values of the investments and their risks on the basis of credit/spread analyses. They are responsible for financial reporting on the economic development of capital investments to the R+V Group's Chief Financial Officer and Holding Officer. They shall develop the plant-specific directives, taking into account the regulatory and internal requirements, and shall monitor compliance with the relevant limits. They support the distribution of R+V from the financial location by participating in tenders in the company pension scheme (bAV). They coordinate and guide the meetings of investment committees on investment strategy, capital market and value developments of our bAV products. They are responsible for the selection and implementation of the individual benchmarks for the different investments, testing the adequacy of the forecasts for returns and risk and bringing their own proposals for the investment strategy into the process of strategic asset allocation.

They have successfully completed their studies in economics and have relevant professional practice with leadership responsibility at a financial service provider. They have a pronounced affinity for capital markets and deepened knowledge of financial products with a scientific understanding of economic relations. They enjoy the analysis and presentation of complex relationships before a wide audience in a comprehensible way. They have sound knowledge of statistics and financial mathematics. Their pronounced analytical competence enables you to work systematically. Team spirit and commitment, combined with communication strength and enforcement capability complete your profile. They know the methods for agile and partnership management and are already using them safely today.
