The team supports you in the office administration of the office as well as in customer support and consulting. This includes the following tasks: You take care of administrative activities such as appointment coordination, forwarding of water meter readings or processing of operational data You advise customers, owners, foreign companies, authorities and specialist departments as part of standard issues You are responsible for materials management You support planning and construction measures in land drainage systems and drinking water supply You coordinate the allocation of standpipes

You have a successfully completed training as an industrial businessman (w/m/d) or as a merchant (w/m/d) for office management with a high technical affinity Alternatively, you have a successful training in a different commercial direction, to the civil engineering specialist (w/m/d), piping manufacturer (w/m/d), plant mechanic (w/m/d) or construction designer (w/m/d) Ideally, you have professional experience in piping Knowledge in the AE and AVB rules is advantageous At best, you can master the current MS Office applications and have gained first experience with SAP IS-U You are happy to work in the team, approach solution-oriented and structured to your tasks and stand out for your service orientation Your German knowledge corresponds at least to the language level B2 You have a class B licence

Flexible working time regulation Employment according to the collective agreement utilities (TV-V) with remuneration according to category 6 (incl. 13th monthly salary). For cross-enterers (w/m/d) of the above-mentioned alternative occupations, the grouping for a development period corresponds to the remuneration group 5.
