In the area of HR, too, a structural and process professionalization is sought, which is why we are looking for a dedicated personality for the position of the Head of Personnel (m/w/d).

The future job owner (m/w/d) takes responsibility for all operational and strategic personnel topics with his small team consisting of two employees. These include administrative personnel management, including pay billing and operational HR processes throughout the employment cycle. You also coordinate the systematic talent management and the ongoing strengthening of employer branding (also in the international context). In doing so, you have the important role to significantly influence transformation processes with the aim of further strategic and operational company development and to shape them in terms of content from the perspective of HR.

The position addresses candidates (m/w/d) with successfully completed studies (with relevant, specialist focus in human resources) or a comparable qualification. Previous professional experiences have been ideally acquired in the industrial environment and cover the content of operational and strategic personnel work in the technical range. You have gained first leadership or leadership experience and have also proved themselves in change processes. Personally, you are convinced with high social competence, which is reflected in empathy and communicative strength, but also in targeted action and enforcement.
