As Head of Product Management (w/m/d), you take over the overall responsibility for building and strategic development of bpc's product business and work with the Executive Board at eye level. You control the economic success of our product portfolio and develop sustainable growth and scaling strategies for the SAP environment. You are responsible for sales targets, market positioning and the long-term profitability of the business segment. With your entrepreneurial thinking you set the foundation for an economically successful product business as a strategic second leg of bpc. You meet strategic decisions, take responsibility for the long-term business success and actively accompany the change from the classic project advice to a scalable product business. Together with our consulting teams, you identify market and customer potentials in the SAP environment. Building on this, you will conduct new business and product initiatives and evaluate them in terms of market fit, scalability and cost-effectiveness. Your tasks include the development of business plans and the definition of price, growth and go-to-market models for existing and new products. In addition, you will prepare strategic decisions for the Executive Board, define relevant KPIs and establish transparent reporting to manage business success. In your role, you will lead the product management area, work closely with our crew, ensuring the strategic interconnection of product, consulting and project business.

A completed study in the field of economics, business informatics, computer science or a comparable subject. Multiannual experience in building or scaling products or business units in the SAP environment. Strong entrepreneurial thinking and experience with economic management and business management. Understanding SAP-close business models, product portfolios, business cases, KPIs and cost-effectiveness. Very good communication skills and a structured and independent way of working. The ability to make strategic decisions and implement product initiatives consistently. Team orientation, enforcement and desire to take responsibility.
