What your tasks are:

• You take part in (50?%) deputy management tasks and support the organizational and personnel management in everyday life
• in the other half of your activity you actively accompany the group everyday - with focus on care, promotion and educational documentation

• with empathy you conduct parent talks and create a trusted educational and educational partnership
