This place is occupied by Rheinmetall Electronics GmbH in Neubrandenburg. As a team manager for maintenance & order processing (m/w/d), you take over the technical management as part of the supply processing as well as the execution of request analyses, specification creations, system integrations and system checks. You act as an interface between development, quality management, purchasing and facility management and as a professional representation of the project to customers, partners and the location management. Your tasks: Technical control and further development of the maintenance team in terms of deployment planning, work priorities, efficiency and work safety to achieve all deadlines, quality and cost targets Total responsibility for the maintenance, inspection and operational safety of complex training equipment, vehicles and technical equipment, as well as the optimization of the corresponding processes and data management in the ERP system Definition, planning and control of work packages including the creation of scales, schedules, progress reports and technical risk and claim management Coordination and control of subcontractors and maintenance service providers and planning of the system Qualification with external bodies such as environment, EMC or functional safety Technical support of the test and reference plants, support of validation processes and systematic return of technical field problems to development

Complete technical studies or masters (e.g. vehicle engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineer) or comparable Multiannual professional experience in maintenance, technical service or order processing Experience in the technical management of projects Representative leadership skills and organisational and analytical skills Knowledge in handling ERP systems and MS Office Knowledge of the management of complex technical systems desirable German language and writing skills and good English skills driving licence class CE desirable Loadability and flexibility in a dynamic environment Communication and team skills in interdisciplinary environments
