Leadership & Development: Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of around 40 employees in the production and the targeted motivation and further development of employees ESD modules & Quality: Ensuring the regular handling of ESD-sensible assemblies in everyday production while maintaining quality standards Production Control & Technology Mix: Responsibility for the coordination and efficient implementation of all technological processes – from manual workstations to partially automated to highly automated systems Automation & innovation drivers: key role in the further development of production, in particular by expanding the automation of series production with direct influence on the competitiveness of the site Technology & production of the future: Active participation of production processes up to series production and contribution to the development and implementation of efficient production chains Process and quality optimization: Continuous recognition of improvement potentials, analysis of problems and implementation of sustainable optimization measures together with adjacent areas

Complete training as an electronics technician/mechatronic with further training as a technician/master or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the production of electrotechnical products Multiannual leadership experience in the production environment Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Knowledge of Lean Management Methods Ready for shift work (2-shift)
