Number: MER00046G7 The team Security and Environmental Protection (SUM) develops concepts and standards for the Berlin-Marienfelde plant and controls its implementation at the Berlin plant. Our team consists of 6 highly motivated and friendly colleagues who are looking forward to your support. We are smart and always work together for each other, with passion and harmoniously. We attach great importance to communicating at eye level, directly and in regular exchange dates. In addition, it is important for us to deal constructively and honestly with each other. These challenges include: Support of local security officers for operational and strategic security issues

Participation in the creation, updating and further development of safety concepts and safety standards

Support for risk analyses, risk assessments and follow-up of security measures

Cooperation in the analysis and documentation of safety incidents and the derivation of prevention measures

Support in the implementation of crisis management and the implementation of an exercise at the site

Support for the control and quality assurance of external security service providers

Preparation of presentation documents, care of the intranet pages, preparation of overviews and key figures on the above-mentioned topics

Support for communication measures and digitization processes

Further support of the team in the fields of occupational safety and environmental protection for current projects and organizational topics

The activity can start from October 2026.

Programme in the field of safety management, industrial engineering or a similar field

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office

Commitment and team skills

Analytical thinking and strategic working

Open appearance and high communication capability
