PrOzesS is a support concept for strengthening the emotional and social development of primary school children. The implementation is carried out in cooperation with the Nds. National school authority. (m/w/d) in Tandems at various primary schools in the county. The locations are distinguished in particular by independent and mobile work.

• unlimited part-time employment up to 30 hours per week, these may be divided into two jobs
• Remuneration by category S11b TVöD

These are your tasks:

• Support for primary school children who, in the sense of inclusion in schools, have an identified need for support in the field of emotional and social development
• The focus of social education is on parental work and counselling, among others in the context of house visits.
• Consultation also in other areas of life affected by the need for funding such as leisure, family or extracurricular support
• Network coordination with school, parent and other support systems
• Participation in the youth office

Take this with you:

• Complete technical/university studies of social work/social pedagogy or pedagogy with a focus on youth assistance
• Job experience in school context and parental work is desirable
• sound educational, psychological and legal skills
• readiness for flexible working time design and mobile work
• Commitment, team capacity, resilience, flexibility and ambition
• usual computer skills (MS Office)
• Driving licence (class B) and the willingness to use your own car within the scope of activity
