This is what we expect as a damage manager (m/w/d) Initial recording and efficient control of the processing of vehicle damage cases (telephone and written)

Complete processing and information on existing damage

Advice on Allianz services for damages, repair and other services

Negotiations with insured persons, injured persons and legal representatives and independent economic decision-making

Takeover of special tasks and project work

For complex matters: dealing with complex legal issues of insurance and liability, including regressive and fraud cases and process cases

You can do this as a damage manager (m/w/d) (m/w/d) or an equivalent completed commercial training. Expertise: You have (in-depth) experience in the processing of liability and cash damage. Motivation: They bring a high service orientation as well as time flexibility and loadability. They also think and act in a sales and customer-oriented manner. Communication: They are communication-strong, telephone affinity and practiced in dealing with complaints. A safe and convincing appearance is just as good as a pronounced negotiation skill and a sense of decision. Teamspirit: They have high social competencies, strong team skills and organisational skills. In addition to willingness to learn and change, you will also bring good written and oral expression skills.
