Medical and dental reimbursement staff (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the processing of documents taking into account the legal framework conditions in the area of the fee regulations for dentists (GOZ) and the fee regulations for doctors (GOÄ). You shall verify the refundability of medical and dental evidence. The initiation of corrections in individual cases is also one of your tasks. You conduct formalized correspondence and take over tasks in the telephone customer consultation (2nd level). You support team leadership in improving workflows.

You have relevant vocational training, preferably in the field of health care or have corresponding knowledge acquired on the basis of equivalent activities and experience. You have expertise in GOÄ/GOZ. You have very good PC skills. A careful operation and flexibility is of course for you. You are team-ready and have a pronounced communication behavior.
