They actively shape the strategic and technical orientation of the group in coordination with the area management, customers, projects and the roadmap and lead the team to success

You determine the group's necessary competences and resources, develop them in the team and bring your own expertise and methods into projects

They provide professional development results including documentation, reviews and reporting

actively shape the agile transformation of the area

completed high- and high-school studies with an economic and/or scientific/technical focus (economic) informatics, physics, electrical engineering) or a comparable qualification
