  Your tasks:

• Processing of operator changes in PV systems (e.g. in case of owner change, inheritance etc.)

• Maintenance and documentation of post-eEG systems in the SAP system

• Processing requests to balcony power plants - a growing area with a lot of customer contact

• Support for storage retrofits for PV systems incl. Data management and communication with installers

• Cooperation in data transmission to the Federal Network Agency

• Processing of customer requests via online portals and by telephone

• Maintenance of environmental assessments and other energy-economic documentation

• Work with SAP IS-U and other internal database systems

Your qualifications:

• Complete training as a technician or master with an energy or electrotechnical background - or a study in the field of renewable energies, building technology or environmental technology
• First practical experience in the field of energy management, building technology or customer service
• Secure handling of MS Office and interest in working with SAP systems
• Communication strength and joy at customer contact - also by phone
• Structured working, fast conception and team skills
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
