Ensuring the frictionless state of the technical building equipment to be supervised (TGA) Maintenance, inspection and repair of existing technical equipment and machines (mainly doors and gates and in the field of refrigeration, sanitary and ventilation) Self-balancing of disturbances and optimisation of operations in the objects

Technical training in the mechanical field e.g. industrial mechanic / plant mechanic SHK / mechatronic / locksmith Ideally with first professional experience Customer-oriented, dedicated employees, for which team skills and reliability are of course Level B2 and driving licence Class B

House rate with fair payment, overtime compensation, etc.
