Take responsibility – secure quality – lead team. As a foreman cleaning (w/m/d), you take a central role in our cleaning area. At 25 hours a week, you coordinate on-site processes, guide employees professionally and ensure that our quality and hygiene standards are reliably implemented.

Your job

organisation: planning and control of the workplaces and the daily processes in the object; Recording of working hours to prepare pay bills Introduction: Structured instruction and accompaniment of new employees in the object Equipment: provision of cleaning materials, equipment and technical aids incl. Material output Participation: Active support in the operational cleaning service according to the performance directory (e.g. maintenance cleaning, bed cleaning, extraction and delivery services, laundry) Quality assurance: Control of work results and ensuring the agreed quality standards Oversight & Security: Compliance with Work Safety and Hygiene Rules and Observation of the Supervisory Obligation Flexibility: Acquisition of other object-related tasks after consultation with the object line

Your profile

Experience: Ideally first experience in cleaning or coordinating function Language: Sufficient German knowledge in word and writing Working method: Reliable, structured and responsible Personality: Team-capable, communicative and service-oriented Responsibility: willingness to coordinate tasks and to initiate employees
