Control and organisation of building management, including the marketing and processing of buildings and warehouses. Management and monitoring of lease and service contracts. You are the contact person for tenants, landlords and service providers. Organisation and control of operating costs and clarification of rent issues on rental conditions and implementation of measures. Accompanying and organizing real estate projects in close cooperation with the technical building management. Monitoring costs and participation in budget planning.

You have a completed training for the real estate businessman or a comparable commercial qualification. Or also a further qualification, for example as a real estate specialist. An advantage would be a professional experience in a similar field of activity. They act with vision and bring a hands-on mentality.
