Planning, organizing and winding projects from cost controlling You edit and calculate offers They work closely with construction managers and other project participants They prepare for and final bills They coordinate discussions with competent authorities, experts and contractors You create and monitor appointment and personnel deployment plans You monitor and create documentation and revision documents They support and work on maintenance contracts

They have a master, technician or engineer bachelor in the field of electrical engineering with the corresponding experience You bring several years of professional experience as a specialist planner & building manager in a comparable function with You have professional user knowledge with the entire MS Office package They bring a structured, independent way of working, high service and service orientation with You have a high technical interest, accuracy, care and detailed orientation They are team-ready, communicative and eager
