Establishment of the programme Basic training (8 months CH) You start with a sound introduction to the SIGA Management System – our adaptation of the Toyota production system. The focus is on the transfer of lean principles to administrative processes: creating transparency, establishing standards and continuously improving. As part of your training, you will learn these principles in the fields of finance, human resources, compliance and sales operations. Take first tasks in the Daily Business (with a focus on finance) and develop a deep understanding of the methodology behind our processes. 2. Practical implementation of the project work (6 months, CH & DE) After basic training, you bring your knowledge to the production site Halberstadt. You support the implementation and further development of administrative processes in Sales & Business Administration, take responsibility in projects and work closely with colleagues in Switzerland. 3. Entry into a responsible specialist or leadership function (from month 15) After that, you take a responsible role or leadership, depending on your strengths and interests. For your function-specific further development, you will receive an internal training (technical or leadership training) that will prepare you optimally for the next career step at SIGA. SIGA in Halberstadt After Ruswil and Schachen (CH), our third production site is being built in Halberstadt (DE). This will strengthen our presence in our main market in Germany and create around 70 new jobs. Here we lay the foundation for even shorter delivery routes, more security of supply and a close exchange with our partners on site.
