The trainee program lasts 18 months and starts on 1. October 2026 Your application is focused on Risk Control You run relevant risk control functions across all risk types, such as credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk and non-financial risk In times of exciting and dynamic geopolitical challenges, you get an incredibly broad overview of the relevant topics and challenges of risk controlling You will be part of the transformation of our Risk-Control function towards an even more proactive and business-promoting department that promotes quick decisions, tailor-made solutions and innovations and modern technologies You accompany the end-to-end risk processes and ‐cycles and assume responsibility from the outset for strategy, analysis, reporting and processes as well as for methods and technology in compliance with regulatory frameworks You actively shape your development path and hospitierst based on an individual development plan in selected interface areas of the bank You are planned in the long term: After successful completion of the trainee program, your takeover is fixed You get regular feedback and benefit from intensive care by:n Mentor:in the field You will develop further in a targeted manner: Our training program will help you develop professionally and personally continuously

You have completed university studies – preferably in the field of banking, controlling, business informatics, business mathematics or comparable discipline, as well as, if necessary, bank training You have a hand for analytical and strategic questions and fun in conceptual activities You have high data affinity and show openness to continuously develop your knowledge in data analysis and in dealing with BI systems You desire customer focus and have a safe appearance Your English skills are good You drive innovation and creativity, and you want to bring your strengths to us with full commitment You like to work in a partnership environment and appreciate an open, humorous collaboration
