Operations Manager (m/f/d)

As Manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for managing a smooth operation and the long-term planning, organisation, implementation and control of all processes. Your tasks include: • the management of the operating and administration, • employee responsibility and personnel planning in cooperation with highly motivated team,

You bring a completed training from hotel industry or gastronomy as well as traveling from the system gastronomy professional experience.

You also have: a high social competence as well as a pronounced organizational and communication talent

You think and act entrepreneurially and strategically, bringing flexibility and reliability as well as high resilience and friendly appearance with

You have good computer skills in MS Office and, if necessary, also in the operating control software

You have fun working with people as well as personal experience

Current German knowledge is a prerequisite

English skills are a plus.
