You actively shape the development of our locations and take over the independent planning of small renovation and modernization measures in the performance phases 1–7. You develop criteria and assessment standards that allow us to evaluate the condition, suitability and investment needs of our buildings objectively. You formulate clear and structured requirements for external service providers – thus ensuring transparent and quality-secured planning processes. You accompany tendering and awarding processes, create the necessary documents and coordinate the contractual processing with the instructed specialist planners and companies.

You have a successfully completed degree in the field of civil engineering (construction) or architecture (min. Bachelor or Diploma TU/TH). You are well-known with tendering and award procedures as well as the relevant technical and legal frameworks in civil engineering. You bring good computer knowledge to Microsoft 365, CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD) and tender software (e.g. iTWO). You work independently, structured, solution-oriented – and appreciate the team's collaboration. A class B driving licence completes your profile. (Also if you don't meet every point 100%: Apply!
