The General Administration of the MPG is looking for several project employees for the SAP transformation on S/4 HANA for its finance department at the next possible time, limited to 5 years, in part or full time (code 53/26) Our sympathetic project team is still looking for SAP specialists to collaborate in the transformation project on S/4 HANA in the field of finance and procurement and households. For this task, we need personalities who contribute with commitment and competence to the project work and process the respective tasks independently.

You work with the conceptual development of new business processes in the SAP environment You take responsibility for individual tasks for correct and timely implementation You create system and user documentation You conduct training for key users and end users You are contact person*in support at rollout

You have completed university studies (e.g. business informatics, business management) or comparable skills and experience in a corresponding activity in the SAP environment You have professional practice in module support/ consulting for SAP FI and/or SAP MM You have a good understanding of processes in commercial accounting You bring experience in the training field, in project work and in the management of small projects with You work aim-oriented and very independently with pronounced service and quality awareness. You communicate in partnership and are happy to work together in the team. You have very good, fluent German and good English skills You have experience in handling AI applications or the willingness to work into appropriate systems A secure handling of the common Microsoft Office applications as well as a high IT efficiency round off your profile

Within the framework of a five-year fixed-term employment relationship, we offer you a payment depending on the qualification and professional experience up to the pay group 12 TVöD (Bund) and various social benefits. You can find non-binding information about the salary in the pay table of the public service (TVöD Bund). Your workplace is located in the centre of Munich and is easily accessible by public transport. In the vicinity of the service building there are childcare facilities for children aged 6 months to 3 years.
