Your tasks

Support for sales in project planning Takeover of projects after completion by distribution (post-sales phase) Analysis of customers - and application requirements as well as development of accurate safety and monitoring concepts elaboration of installation and setup recommendations (e.g. camera positioning, power supply, assembly specifications) Commissioning and functional testing of video surveillance units on site Configuration of the video, monitoring and alarm function incl. Event management, alarm distribution and user management Implementation of functional and acceptance tests and production of technical documentation Technical responsibility for implementing the solution - from concept to configuration Close cooperation with sales and installation team Technical support and support in ongoing operation (2nd level support)

Complete technical training or studies (e.g. electrical engineering, information technology, security technology or comparable) Experience with IP video surveillance systems or comparable security solution Basic knowledge of network technology is sufficient - deep IT network training is not necessary Technical understanding of mobile solution, control units and periphery desirable structuring, solution-oriented operation as well as pleasure in customer contact and technical exchange driving licence class B Readiness for customer appointments and project appointments Good knowledge of German and English
