On behalf of the Ministry of Science, Research and Art of Baden-Württemberg, the Studienkolleg at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) has the task of preparing international applicants for the examination of findings (FSP) or for the required language certificate (TestDaF-Test German as a foreign language) as well as improving the professional language knowledge of the students. The focus is on teaching in German as a foreign language in the field of study-preparing and accompanying studies. The place includes teaching with teaching obligation / deputat of 12 LVS in the subject DaF. In addition to the exercise of teaching activities, the tasks include coordination of the teaching content in accordance with the framework of the Studienkolleg, procurement of appropriate teaching materials, preparation of tests, exams and examinations, participation in conferences and meetings, and participation in academic self-governing.
