Ensuring professional support of the real estate portfolio (residential real estate / social real estate) Supporting selected key objects in your own area of responsibility Management and quality assurance of annual accounts, economic plans and liquidity management in close cooperation with accounting Independent preparation, management and logging of WEG assemblies together with the team members Implementation of WEG decisions Correspondence with owners (optional tenants), service providers and authorities First contact partner for central questions in the daily business for customers Technical management of a small WEG team (booking and organization / processing) Strategic development of structures, processes and service standards Installation architecture for the area Sparring partners and reliable interface to management in strategic, legal and operational issues Promotion of cross-departmental cooperation with our other teams / departments (e.g. technology and purchasing) Responsibility for the implementation of current case law in daily practice Control and implementation of digitalisation and modernisation projects in the field

Multiannual experience in real estate/housing, ideally first experience in team management Founded business management skills (result, budget, process responsibility) Entrepreneurial thinking, willingness to design and experience in the active support of change and digitization processes Team spirit, self-initiative, enforcement and reliability as well as an independent and structured way of working Embossed communication and conflictability High digital affinity Embossed service orientation and a safe, sympathetic and sovereign occurrence Very good PC skills and professional handling with MS Office; Knowledge of common house management software of advantage Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Successfully completed commercial training or studies in the real estate sector and/or certified/in accordance with § 26a WEG Very good knowledge of WEG law as well as in adjacent property and contractual matters Self-employment, readiness and service-oriented, friendly action Organizational talent with responsibility
