Personal advice on the route plan and the fares in the RMV transport area Issue and sale of tickets in the customer center as well as in the RMV mobility center Mobility advice (e.g. Heiner Liner) Processing of the increased transport fee (EBE) Telephone information on tariff products and sources Processing of the increased transport fee (EBE) General administrative activities (e.g. acquisition and maintenance of new customers, student ticket Hessen, Germany ticket)
