In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and reliable assistance (m/w/d) based on 50 %, which has well-founded knowledge of accounting and human resources. They play a central role in administration and support hotel management in administrative and organizational tasks.

Your tasks:

• Conting and booking of invoices
• preparation of initial invoices, in particular for meetings and events
• Monitoring and maintenance of employee time data
• Cash management including daily accounts and billing of cash flows
• organisation and planning of personnel use
• Creation of work contracts and processing of the corresponding correspondence
• Interface function to control office and external communication
• General correspondence and administrative support of management

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Experience in accounting and personnel management
• Self-employed, structured and conscientious working
• Safe handling of common office applications and ideally accounting software
• Communication strength and organizational skills
