In your role, you support our regulation examination in the field of domestic nursing and thus ensure the supply of hundreds of thousands of patients from our customer health insurance companies.

REQUIREMENTS

• EDV-based examination and processing of incoming regulations for domestic nursing and/or extraclinical intensive care and/or specialized outpatient palliative care
• Creation of notifications for insured persons, contributors and contractors
• Telephone and written exchange with customers, external service providers and contractors

PROFIL

• A completed medical/care training in the outpatient or inpatient sector, as a social security specialist or a merchant in the healthcare sector

• First experience in the field of billing such as dental services, outpatient care, travel costs or home care are desirable

• Knowledge of how to handle current MS Office products, especially Excel

• A high level of commitment and team spirit, communication skills and self-responsibility

• High customer orientation

• Openness for cooperation in a hybrid working environment
