About 600 experts in department coordination, real estate management, portfolio management, building and building management as well as environmental and energy management support our diverse portfolio over the entire life cycle. As part of our portfolio management, Team New Work supports the analysis, planning and evaluation of new work projects in the field of strategic real estate projects, in particular with the following tasks: Research, pre- and post-processing as well as conducting workshops, presentations and surveys on the topic of New Work Detection of land use potentials of our service buildings and the development of creative new work concepts Participation in the planning and drawing of internal implementation projects
