YEARS: System Responsibility: End-to-End Responsibility for the supervised IT systems in compliance with agreed cost specifications Lifecycle Management: Own-sponsored planning, control and support of the entire lifecycle of business applications from development and implementation to configuration and operation taking into account defined methods, standards and tools Release management: independent planning and control of releases to meet business requirements based on defined standards Requirements Management: Collection and coordination of technical requirements in close cooperation with business partners Service provider control: Operational control of external service providers and monitoring of performance by means of agreed SLA and KPI Technology, Capacity and Cost Management: Own-initiative review and reporting on the technical fitness, scalability and cost-effectiveness of the supervised IT products in continuous alignment with the business requirements

IHR PROFIL: Relevant experience in the introduction of systems for digitizing business processes, e.g.: Omnichanel Systems, Contact Center Systems, Workflow Management, Workforce Management, CRM, In/Output Management, Portal Systems, Robotic Process Automation Long-standing experience in the successful support of IT systems over their entire lifecycle Knowledge in the field of IT service provider control Strong analytical and conceptual skills, high level of quality and cost awareness and entrepreneurial thinking Very good team, communication, moderation capability, strong conflict and enforcement capability Very high level of initiative, flexibility, creativity and solution orientation Language knowledge: German: very good (min.
