Responsible cooperation at eye level in the HR Development Team in the context of HR Strategy, Culture & Change Management: Support in the implementation of our strategic initiatives with the aim of strengthening the organisation's change competence and the further development of our corporate culture Working with the conception, introduction and accompaniment of Group-wide change and culture developments in the international environment Independent processing of work packages in projects including the creation of communication materials, concepts and presentations Designing and further developing our digital appearance in the Intranet, the Change Management Newsletter as well as our team meetings and learning sessions

You are in an advanced Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Psychology, Communication, BWL or in a comparable degree course or in the Gap Year You have first practical experience in the Group: Ideally in personnel and organizational development, cooperation in HR projects such as “Change Management” You bring good IT skills to MS Office (Teams, Outlook) You have excellent communication skills in German and English An agile mindset as well as a pronounced strategic and analytical way of working and thinking
