Senior Accountant (m/f/d)

Individually responsible creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts for national and international corporations according to HGB taking into account local accounting standards (Local GAAP/IFRS) Control and continuous development of financial accounting processes in an international environment Responsibility for the General Ledger as well as analysis of complex accounting issues and the creation of meaningful financial reports Close cooperation with international companies, internal departments, auditors and tax advisors as a central contact person for accounting issues Presentation of analytical results and relevant financial and service key figures as well as derivation and implementation of sustainable process optimization measures Working in international transformation and digitization projects, for example in the context of corporate integrations, SAP rollouts or the standardization of finance processes Active participation in the further development of the accounting area through the introduction of innovative technologies and the use of AI-assisted solutions to optimize the accounting and accounting processes

Successfully completed studies of business management with a focus on finance, accounting or accounting a comparable qualification, e.g. a further education on the account holder (m/w/d) Relevant professional experience in international accounting, accounting or auditing, ideally in a corporate or international business environment Knowledge of HGB and/or IFRS accounting as well as a secure handling of complex accounting and accounting issues Good SAP knowledge is advantageous, preferably in the FI/CO and BW modules, as well as experience in dealing with business intelligence and reporting tools, such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or Analysis for Office Embossed analytical skills, high number affinity and a structured, careful and solution-oriented way of working.
