Production Planner (Industrial Engineer) (m/f/d)

Responsibility for planning and further development of production processes and production facilities. Technical processing of customer requests including determination of production costs and planning of project budgets. Participation in the production capability assessment of components. Implementation of investment projects (recreation of the load booklets, technical coordination and timely acceptance and commissioning in one of our production plants). Guide projects in the continuous improvement process - process changes, production layout and material flow optimization by means of VSM (Value Stream Mapping) and VSD (Value Stream Design). Support for production plants worldwide in production problems. Planning and introduction of MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and Industry 4.0 solutions. Process FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) and skill analyses.

You have a degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, economic engineers or a comparable degree Experience in KACO core manufacturing technologies (e.g. rubber production, plastic injection moulding, punching, laser machining, assembly processes, automation technology) desirable Knowledge of common methods and standards in the automotive industry desirable Target-oriented and strong analytical methods as well as high degree of self-initiative and good communication skills Knowledge of SAP Good English knowledge of word and writing
