Leadership: Professional, organizational and disciplinary management of the medical controller and active development of the team of 3-4 employees:inside Documentation & Encoding: Ensuring quality and economic documentation and coding MD Management: Control and further development of all processes related to medical examinations including case dialogue and discussion procedures Process optimization: Analysis, control and continuous development of coding, testing and work processes to ensure quality and efficiency Regulatorik: Implementation of legal requirements and advice on topics relevant to DRG and MD Quality assurance: coordination and further development of legal quality assurance in cooperation with the departments
Qualification: Completed training or studies in health care, e.g. as a health and nursing worker, medical/specialist staff, codier or comparable qualification Professional experience: Multiannual experience in the medical controlling of a hospital Competence: Very good knowledge in the DRG system, medical encoding (ICD-10-GM, OPS) and in the MD process Regulatorics: Knowledge of legal and accounting frameworks in hospitals Quality assurance: Experience in the field of legal quality assurance desirable Personality: Embossed leadership and organizational skills, analytical thinking, and a structured, solution-oriented way of working with high communication and enforcement strength
