Team Leader Telecommunications Networks (a*)

Your main tasks include the professional and disciplinary leadership of employees in your team. In addition, you will ensure that all necessary processes for safety and organisation are complied with. This includes the creation of risk assessments and the application of guidelines and documents, taking into account internal and external rules and regulations. In addition, you train the employees accordingly. Furthermore, you coordinate and optimize the work processes and actively engage in bodies and working groups. The responsibility for work planning, work preparation and operational control is also in your area of responsibility. You ensure the safe operation of the equipment assigned to you in the entire system of the network systems. You like to take responsibility for your team and work with resource planning. Participation in readiness is also one of your tasks.

You have a completed training as a technician or master (a*). You will bring knowledge and relevant experience in telecommunications, in particular in handling FM and LWL cables. You are familiar with the traditional IT programs and MS Office and are curious about internal applications. In your previous career you could gain project experience in transmission or distribution networks of the energy supply. It has a high degree of coordination and resilience in stress situations. You're mobile with a class B license.
