In our education departments we accompany children and young people in a family-like environment and support them in their personal development. A stable and reliable everyday structure plays a central role.

For our educational centres in the Havelland, we are looking for reliable and dedicated (social) pedagogical professionals or educators who support us as an additional 35-week-hour colleague and contribute to a stable, value-assuring environment for the caregivers.

Your tasks include: • Building a trusted relationship with young people • Joy in working with children and young people in difficult situations of life • Support and promotion of young people in everyday life • Intermediation of structure and life-structural skills • Full support in everyday school • Support for recreational design

• You are empathic, have no fears of contact and a good feeling for the interpersonal • You can work well in the team as well as independently and independently • Car driver license (service vehicle available) • German knowledge is mandatory (min. C1) • Reliability and responsibility • An appreciation of children and young people • Working time mainly in the afternoon, in the evening and weekends • Willingness to stay in the family group
