You take over the independent processing and monitoring of all personnel management processes. As the first respondent, you will be able to help employees with questions about working time, holidays, parental leave or parental leave. The maintenance and control of the time recording and of the personal master files are also your responsibility. You will also take care of the facility, management and continuous care of the personal files. You create employment contracts, contract awards and certificates and make sure that all documents are prepared legally. In addition, you process certificates and take communication with authorities independently. In close coordination with the accounting and tax office, you prepare wage and salary bills and are an important internal interface.

You have a completed commercial training, ideally with an additional qualification in personnel or administration. You already bring professional experience in personnel and pay billing. You are also safe in handling HR IT systems and MS Office. You work precisely, structured and responsible. Service orientation, discretion and loyalty are of course for you. You like to work in the team and communicate clearly with employees, service providers and interfaces.
