Costing and assessment of vehicle damage Compilation of expert reports, test and damage reports in the field of dual-wheel, passenger cars, trucks and commercial vehicles in the field of external services Examination of cost estimates, reports and repair invoices Assessment of damage images (causality/plausibility) Assessment of technical facts and relationships, including the comparison of vehicles (default analyses / accident reconstructions) and inspection of damage sites Digital product creation and video viewing Immediate regulation within the framework of reporting and expert reporting Participation in regional collective visits to hail/storm/cumulative events Negotiations with claimants, policyholders, intermediaries, lawyers, workshops and management of experts Taxes according to economic aspects to partner workshops and residual value service providers

Successfully completed training as a master (w/m/d) in the field of automotive technology, automotive painter or body and vehicle engineering or state-tested technicians (w/m/d) in the field of general mechanical engineering with relevant professional experience in the automotive industry; alternatively successfully completed studies in the field of automotive engineering / mechanical engineering. Successfully completed training as an expert (w/m/d) for vehicle damage and assessment Multiannual professional activity as an external service expert (w/m/d) desirable Multiannual professional experience in the field of car accident damage repair A certification by a recognised certification body and/or further training for the expert (w/m/d) for damage to truck/user vehicles and old-time vehicles as well as for damages to and from car washers is desirable. Safe handling of existing communication media Safe handling in the area of costing programs (Audatex, DAT) Knowledge of the general legal bases and technical conditions (including AKB) Negotiating skills and enforcement High level of flexibility in service travel Self-employed and targeted working in the home office
