The RD/E Development Drive Systems Directorate, with its employees at Untertürkheim and Sindelfingen locations, is responsible for the development and portfolio and lifecycle management of all Mercedes-Benz Cars, Mercedes-Benz Vans and Mercedes-AMG drive systems. In this exciting environment, we are always at the heart of time at the drive development staff and accompany the technological and strategic developments of today and tomorrow. As part of the transformation, we actively shape the future of our organization and align the strategy of our Directorate accordingly. In your function, you support the team of the head of drive development and work in a highly dynamic technical environment. In doing so, you drive forward themes independently and support the design and coordination of the various directorial topics. These challenges come to you, among other things: Responsible and independent driving of projects such as the design of event formats

Optimization of methods and processes in the staff management

Development and implementation of AI agents and automation solutions (e.g. with Copilot Studio) as well as identification of suitable AI-use cases for increasing efficiency in day-to-day business

Collecting and preparing information from different departments in the field

Support of staff in day-to-day business and support in project work

The activity can begin from February 2027.

Course in Media or Communication Sciences, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Mobility, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechatronics, International Business, BWL or Comparable Course

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office

Experience in the creation of AI agents, interest in AI applications and their use for process and efficiency optimization

Commitment

Excellent automotive affinity, good and innovative basic understanding for the automotive industry

Team skills

Good communication skills

Ability to approach and collaborate with colleagues from other teams and departments
