Employee Quality Management Product Safety (m/f/d)

You process customer, supplier and internal complaints including root analysis, action tracking and documentation. You optimise existing products taking into account economic aspects. You carry out processes optimization projects, such as waste reduction or process improvement. Together with the Head of Production and the Works Laboratory, you regularly check the process capability of all plants and conduct improvements. You can secure smooth processes for initial orders and take the document check. You process product withdrawals in coordination with the production team. You are responsible for recall management, including regular tests and action tracking. Your tasks include monitoring the location security and implementing necessary security measures. You ensure traceability of all raw materials used. You carry out supplier reviews and monitor the quality of the supplied materials. As part of your activity, you conduct internal and external audits and accompany them. You train employees on product safety and quality and develop concepts for the professional training of new colleagues.

You have completed a degree in packaging technology (m/w/d) or a subject-related Bachelor study. At best, you have also gained training in quality management or alternatively already practical experience in quality management. A safe handling of MS Office applications is not a problem for you. You can also communicate well in English. Highest quality awareness is of course for you. You do not hesitate to make decisions and take the organization of various topics into your own hands.
