IT Business Analyst with a focus on customer connection (m/f/d)

The error-free conversion and integration of receivable data from different sources into our collection system is your responsibility. With your technical understanding, you design the respective interfaces for data conversion between the customer data and our system. Through close coordination with internal and external stakeholders, you contribute to optimizing data flows and process processes. You analyze process improvements and implement them to increase efficiency and automation. Process documentation, training documents and best practices are created and maintained by you to ensure a sustainable use of the systems. Finally, you monitor relevant key figures, recognize optimization potentials early on and initiate appropriate measures.

A completed technical or economic study or IT-oriented training is the basis of your qualification. Multiannual professional experience in the fields of business analysis, process optimization, quality management, project management or data management is already taking you along. You have well-founded Excel knowledge as well as a high IT affinity and a basic understanding of (SQL) databases to analyse and optimize our processes independently. Experience with programming e.g. in Java is a plus. Decisions You meet well-founded and self-initiative to make processes efficient. Sovereign communication skills as well as experience in stakeholder management characterize you. In a business environment you can communicate fluently in German and well in English.
