To strengthen our team, we are now looking for an experienced Quality Manager (m/w/d), who develops and optimizes our quality management processes with a strong quality awareness and analytical skills. Together with a dedicated team, you will ensure the highest quality standards and drive strategic improvements to sustainably support our growth course.

Further development of quality management: You develop, implement and monitor quality concepts and processes to ensure continuous improvements. Quality planning: You ensure the quality assurance of new parts throughout the entire product life cycle and are responsible for process and series releases. Vulnerability analysis: You identify, investigate and evaluate quality shortcomings and implement targeted corrective measures. Audit Management: You plan and conduct internal and external audits and focus on customer visits with a focus on quality requirements. Head of quality circles: You moderate quality circles and working groups to analyze complaints and initiate sustainable improvements. Communication with stakeholders: You act as a central contact person for customers, suppliers and service providers in all quality topics. Quality management in production: You monitor and coordinate quality assurance measures along the entire production chain and promote a sustainable quality culture in shopfloor management.

Qualification: You have a completed training as a mechanical engineer or are a quality engineer with a focus on quality planning or comparable. Experience: You have several years of professional experience in quality management, ideally in the manufacturing industry. Methodology competence: Your distinct analytical skills and high method skills allow you to work in a structured and solution-oriented manner. QM tools: You master the QM Core tools and use them specifically in project planning and series production. Soft Skills: You are strong in communication, are happy to work in the team and bring leadership skills. Language skills: Very good knowledge of German and reliable English in word and writing complete your profile. IT skills: Knowledge in SAP S/4HANA are advantageous, and you have good Office365 knowledge, especially in Excel, Word and Outlook. Readiness to travel: You are open to travel in Germany and abroad.
