ERP Application Specialist (m/f/d)

With us you will become the hub of our ERP world in IFS: you connect people, processes and systems to a powerful unit. As an ERP Application Specialist (m/w/d), you create solutions that make working day better.

You support your colleagues with our ERP system every day and carry out training and advice You analyze and resolve ERP problems across different business areas and countries You are responsible for the system-side on/offboarding of systems, users and projects and perform master data maintenance You are the interface to internal stakeholders to accommodate requirements and translate them into ERP functions You support upgrades, extensions and implementation of new modules in cooperation with external partners Create technical and functional documentation and secure data integrity and IT standards You regularly review tasks and processes to ensure high system reliability

You have completed your studies in (economic) computer science You could gain several years of practical experience with the administration of ERP platforms such as IFS, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP or NetSuite You bring sound knowledge of ERP processes in the technical service sector You have a relevant background in application support and troubleshooting You work precisely and ensure high data quality You bring English and German knowledge to C1 level for cooperation in an international and multicultural environment with You have very good analytical skills and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams
