Buy & Review: You check and evaluate jewelry, coins, bars, silverware and dental gold professionally and guide customers safely through the entire purchase process. Locker advice: Responsibly, you process inquiries about our services and serve our locker customers, and of course you deal with their questions and wishes discreetly and conscientiously. Responsibility: You are responsible for the cash management and the inventory management of our precious metals. Customer service at Premium level: Whether by phone, e-mail or personally on site, you can convince by service orientation, discretion and sovereignty. With design & representation: You support customer events and actively contribute to the positive appearance of our company.

Sales and communication with customers are your passion. You have successfully completed a commercial training or a training as Goldschmied (m/w/d). You are safe in handling the common Microsoft Office applications. You can provide a perfect police certificate and a positive Schufa statement. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing (C2 level absolutely necessary), good English skills are of advantage. You like to work in the team, apply tasks independently and structured and also keep a calm view for good, pragmatic solutions in challenging situations.
