Rental contracts and their monitoring Damage processing of rental and new vehicles Professional transfer of vehicles Leading vehicle or rental files and sales documents Delivery, commercial processing and invoice of new vehicle orders Processing of requests, creation of offers and order confirmations Customer advice in writing and telephone Coordination of orders with internal departments and customers Coordination and close cooperation with the relevant sales representatives in the field of external services and the sales manager or the driver

Experiences and a completed training as a freight forwarder, motor traffic master, fleet manager, automobile businessman or in a technical/commercial profession from the automotive industry environment Ownership of a valid category B, CE (of advantage) Knowledge of truck vehicle technology Funded PC and EDV knowledge, especially MS-Office You necessarily have very good knowledge of German in word and writing A binding and friendly appearance, safe and strong communication independent, targeted, responsible and flexible working
