Trainer for Nordex® wind turbines (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the planning, design, implementation, documentation and evaluation of basic and technical training related to Nordex® wind turbines You keep theoretical and practical training for internal employees and external customers, both in presence in our state-of-the-art training center and online You continuously optimize and update the training content in cooperation with cross-site specialist groups based on current technological developments and the participant feedback You monitor and evaluate the training efficiency through participant feedback, exams and performance reviews You make sure that the training participants have the necessary expertise and skills to carry out all electrotechnical activities in the wind turbines You work with internal specialist departments to ensure a practical and current training offer You will participate in training and seminars to expand and improve your skills

You have completed vocational training in electrical engineering, mechatronics or comparable technical training You already have several years of professional experience in the field of electrical engineering, ideally in wind energy or a comparable professional field. You have profound knowledge in the fields of electronics, circuit diagrams, power electronics and control technology You already have experience as a service technician in the field of maintenance, maintenance and troubleshooting of Nordex® wind turbines You have a strong communication capability and can understand complex technical concepts. Your knowledge of German and English is good in word and writing You like to work in the team and share your expertise and experience with the training participants. You are motivated to support others and promote their skills You have a responsible way of working and creativity to make and optimize training documents exciting and educational You are safe in handling all major MS Office applications and can create training plans, manage resources efficiently and plan and perform training according to the needs of the company You are ready to travel occasionally and perform training at different training locations and have a class B driving licence
