Main tasks Supporting your own staff area

Creation of work contract documents (e.g. work contracts, supplementary agreements and work certificates) On & Offboarding: Support to ensure a professional start and finish for our employees Working with upcoming HR projects that modernise and make our processes more digital – you are introducing your own ideas Documentation of process adaptations as part of our digitalization and support in the creation of templates, guides and guidelines Your profile enrolled studies of (economic)psychology, social sciences, BWL, economics or a comparable course of study You work structured and reliable and you enjoy working with data, processes and systems Ideally, you could already gain first practical experience in the HR environment You think digital, creative and want to think things new Very good knowledge of German; English knowledge of word and writing are necessary and of great advantage Conditions Durational contract with option for extension
